Universal Language and Computer Institute is a pioneering language learning center that was established in 1984. It provides comprehensive and professional guidance from experts for test preparation, English Language, and Computer training. Universal Language and Computer Institute provide test preparation classes for IELTS, IELTS life skills, TOEFL, SAT, GRE, GMAT, SAT, CAE, and OET. They also offer English and Chinese Language classes that are intensively designed for developing skills in Speaking, reading, listening, and writing.

Universal Language and Computer Institute is a registered test center for international tests such as the Graduate record exam, Cambridge Michigan Language, Assessment test, TOEFL ibt, Occupational English test, and Vocation English certificate.

This institute also runs online classes for Online IELTS preparation and OET.
