About the Russian Center of Science and Culture: 

Russian Center of Science and Culture was established in 1979. This organization is a bridge to promote relationships between the people of Russia and Nepal through the fields of science, culture, and education. It is the only organization where people can achieve knowledge of Russian as a foreign language recognized by the Russian Federation.  

Services: 

Russian Center of Science and Culture provides educational exhibition classes, educational open classes, and Russian language courses at three different levels which are: 

Elementary level: This program is of 65 hours and starts with basics and learning in the phonetic course and the study of primary grammar, introduction to Russian culture and traditions, and speaking ability on different topics that cover Russia. 

Basic level: To improve the Russian language at the household level and is of 65 hours duration. Here they also learn skills of Russian phonetics and grammar, writing, speaking, listening, reading, and translation skills, be able to speak deeply in the Russian language and get more knowledge of society, culture and literature. 

Advanced level: Detailed study of Russian grammar, special attention to expanded vocabularies, Russian phonetics and grammar, writing, speaking, reading, listening and translation skills, geography, and Russian literature, fluently speaking in different topics. They offer individual and special short courses.  

They also have announced language courses for new admission in language courses for self-studies, higher studies, tour operators, and tourist guides handling Russian tourists, and businessmen.
