GMAT exams are entrance exams widely used in admission to business schools and MBA programs and are administered by the Graduate Management Admission Council.

GREs are for getting admissions to thousands of business and law schools for graduate-level education. It is administered by the Educational testing service ETS.

GMAT exams are harder as compared to the latter because in this exam the answer to the previous question if you answered right the next question will be harder but if you answered wrong then the next question will be easier. You can’t skip or go back to your previous answers.

The GRE is easier to solve than its counterpart and it depends upon your academic strengths and testing styles. It also allows you to skip around and go back over your answers.

In GMAT your prospective schools receive all your scores and for getting admissions to academic programs, only the highest score is considered.

You have an option to choose which score to send your GRE scores if you take the exam more than once to the prospective school.

GMAT scores are accepted by the Universities of the USA, New Zealand, Germany, Canada, Australia, France, and the U.K.

GRE Scores are accepted by the Universities of Canada, Germany, The United Kingdom, Europe, and The United States of America.
The cost of the GMAT is normally USD 250, which is more costly than GRE.

The cost of GREs is normally USD 205
