About the British Council 

The British Council helps students to gain skills, confidence, and connections to participate in a strong and inclusive community and allows them to learn English for higher education and achieve international qualifications. It is an international organization for the United Kingdom for educational opportunities and cultural reasons. It is governed by the Royal Charter and has headquarters in Stratford London.
